Purchasing & Payment
Prices are listed in Australian Dollars ($AUD) which are GST inclusive.
International orders which are GST (Goods and Services Tax) exempt will have the tax automatically adjusted at the checkout, payment will automatically calculated and be charged in Australian Dollars.
Payment are processed by PayPal (we will open more options in the near future).
If an item is 'out of stock', you may email us to enquire when it will be back in stock or, in rare occasions where you ordered an item which is actually out of stock, we will email you and offer you to either 1). wait for it to be back in stock; 2). exchange; 3]. refund.
Items are usually shipped within 48 hours. Shipping times are indicative only and all shipping services are sent with Australia Post. Shipping is a flat rate per order irrespective of the number of items ordered and is based on your location (Australia or International) and the service required (standard, registered or express).
Delivery is to the delivery address you nominate when placing you order. Please double-check that delivery address is indeed where you wish the product to be delivered to. Risk and title of the goods are assigned to you upon delivery.

Returns
You may return a product that you have purchased if the product is faulty or different from how it was described or shown within 7 days. Items cannot be returned for any other reason.
You must contact Antlitz prior to the return of such items to register your return and reason for return. Antlitz can be contacted at shop@antlitzdesign.com
Your original order number should be referenced with any returns.
Exchange
Items can be exchanged if returned unused, in their original condition with proof of purchase. Antlitz must be notified of the exchange within 7 days of purchase.

Credit card details must be supplied at the time of exchange to cover any discrepancy in the value of the exchanged items and to pay for the return shipping costs. Refunds will not be issued if the returned item is of greater value than the one for which it is exchanged.
